therapy and how it helps you with carry over problems and even phobias in this life.

His book, "Many Lives, Many Masters" is a great book. Case studies of some of his clients.  It is

fascinating and hard to put down.

Carol personally and she included a story in this book about me! I had a life changing experience

when a 5 year old little boy named Marc came up to me and started telling me about

our past life together.  He was upset I did not remember and he kept talking about how much

he missed me.  Each time I saw him and asked him about it, his story never changed and was very specific.

Finally when I was ready, I had a regression session and remembered our lives

together and it was a wonderful and helpful experience!  It helped me in this life and it is the main

reason I became licensed as a hypnotist so I could help others remember past lives and problems from those past lives. I want to help them remember and heal.

A few days before the session carry a list of questions you have that we can go over

before the session.  These would be questions like "Why do I feel such a deep

connection with my Mother, Friend, etc? Why do I get upset whenever I see a Civil War movie?  
Why do I love anything from the Victorian Era?  Why do I dream of being an Indian in the wild West?

Why is my Mother sometimes more like my Sister?"

All these examples will hopefully help you make an ongoing list a few days before the session.
These questions are usually memory carryovers from past lives.

Also, if you have any phobias (like fear of water) they may also be carryovers.
For the session, you will need to have a speaker phone so you can lie down and
relax easier, yet hear me guide you through the process.

You will need to allow approximately 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours time. This may not mean you will use all that time. Everyone is different and it may only take you a few minutes to achieve the results we want.

You should also tape the session to refer to it later.
